DOMAIN

Domain name is an unique name to identify computer server online such as web server or email server in LAN. This domain name makes internet user accessing to server easily rather than to put the IP address on. It sometimes called as URL, for example .com, .net, .it, etc. You can get it free or have to pay to rent. The domain name also can be resold, see at this link

Level Domain
Top Level Domain is a full domain name that equivalen with .com level.
Second Level Domain is based on country name according to IT policy of each country,
For Indonesian, ccTLD or country code Top Level Domain is .id.
Sub domain is a part from top level domain, such as : http://www.aaa.com is top level domain, http://blog.aaa.com is a sub domain.
